A regular free account lets you study the traffic rules, take tests and track your learning results. However, it is the Pro account that unlocks full access to all the features of the Green-Way platform, making preparation for the theory exam as convenient, effective and comfortable as possible.

Price, duration and activation
You can purchase and activate a Pro account directly on the GREEN-WAY website. Choose the access period that suits you and pay using a convenient method.
Duration
Pro access is granted for the period selected at checkout — 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
Available platforms
You can subscribe for the GREEN-WAY website, the Android or iOS mobile app, or choose a combined option: "Website + Android" or "Website + iOS".
Subscription price
Depends on the selected duration and platform (or combination of platforms). The current price is shown during checkout.
Discount with an instructor promo code
If you received a promo code from your driving school instructor, be sure to enter and apply it when placing your subscription order. Once the promo code is successfully applied, the price of the Pro account will be reduced automatically. Make sure the discount is reflected in the total before you pay.
Activation speed
Access to Pro features and study materials is opened automatically after the payment is successfully confirmed.
Result guarantee and refund rules
We are confident in the quality of our service, so Green-Way offers a result guarantee, a refund or a free Pro account extension in accordance with the Subscriber Agreement.
Refund for an accidental purchase
If you purchased a Pro account by mistake, we guarantee a full refund under the following conditions:
- No more than 14 days have passed since the subscription was purchased.
- The total time you used the service is less than 30 minutes.
- The refund request was sent to .
Result guarantee — didn't pass the exam?
If you prepared diligently and reached a performance score of at least 8 points but did not pass the theory exam at the MIA service center, you can contact our support team to claim the guarantee.
Under the terms of the guarantee, you may be offered:
- A refund for the purchased Pro account.
- A free Pro account extension, so you can continue preparing and retake the exam.
Important conditions of the free extension
- The total duration of all free extensions cannot exceed the originally paid Pro subscription period.
- If part of the available extension period has already been used, you can only receive the remainder when you apply again.
- Once a free extension has been approved and activated, no refund is made under this guarantee.
Refund timing and procedure
After your request is approved, the funds are refunded in full within one week.

Common payment issues and how to solve them
Sometimes, due to the technical specifics of banking systems, a payment may fail or be delayed. Here is what to check:
Money was charged, but Pro access did not appear
The transaction usually goes through instantly. If your account status has not changed within 5-10 minutes, try logging out of your account and logging back in. If that does not help, write to us and attach a screenshot of the receipt.
"Declined by bank" error
Check that your card has a sufficient limit for online purchases and that there are enough funds on the balance (taking into account possible conversion fees or your bank's commission).
3D-Secure error
Make sure you entered the correct confirmation code that arrived in your bank's app or via SMS.
