Subscriber agreement
GREEN-WAY® SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT
This Green-way Subscriber Agreement (hereinafter - the "Agreement") is an official document establishing your rights and obligations as a Green-Way Subscriber, a product offered by Monolith (hereinafter referred to as Monolith). Please read the contents carefully.
1. REGISTRATION AS A SUBSCRIBER. TERMS OF USE. YOUR ACCOUNT
Green-way is an online service (hereinafter - “Green-way”) offered by Monolith Publishing House.
After completing the registration of the account (hereinafter the “Account”) of the Green-way user, you become a Green-way subscriber (hereinafter referred to as the “Subscriber”). This agreement comes into force after you accept its terms.
A. Party to the agreement
In all situations, interaction with the Green-way is carried out on the basis of contractual relations with Monolith.
B. Subscriptions, Content and Services
As a Subscriber, you can access certain services and content available to Green-way Subscribers. The terms "Content" and "Services" in this Agreement are understood as the Green-way software client and any other software products, content and updates that you access to using the Green-way. The term “Subscriptions” in this Agreement means access rights and / or rights to use content and services, access to which you get through the Green-way.
Each Subscription gives you access to certain content and services. Some Subscriptions may include additional terms and conditions set for this subscription (hereinafter the “Subscription Terms”). Subscription Terms, Terms of Use, and Monolith’s Privacy Policy (which is located at https://green-way.com.ua/test-pdd/article/privacy_policy) become binding as soon as you accept these terms or accept this Agreement.
C. Your Account
After completing the registration procedure in the Green-way, you create your own account (hereinafter referred to as the “Account” in the Green-way). You do not have the right to disclose, transfer or otherwise grant to third parties the right to use your password or your account. Each login to your Account using your username and / or password is deemed perfect by you, and you are responsible for this and for the security of your computer system. Monolith is not responsible for the use of your password and Account or for any interaction and activity in the Green-way resulting from the use of your username and password. You do not have the right to sell or grant for a fee the right to use your Account or otherwise transfer the right to use your Account.
2. LICENSES
A. Ownership of Content and Services
All proprietary and intellectual property rights associated with the Content and Services and their copies belong to Monolith and / or its licensors. All rights reserved unless otherwise provided by this Agreement. Content and Services are protected by copyright law, international agreements and conventions in the field of intellectual property and other regulatory acts. Content and Services contain a specific set of licensed materials, and Monolith licensors have the right to protect their rights in case of violation of the provisions of this Agreement.
You may not use the Content and Services for any other purpose than permitted access to the Green-way, and use your Subscriptions for personal non-commercial purposes, except as permitted by this Agreement or the applicable Subscription Conditions. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement (including any Subscription Terms or the Terms of Use) or in the applicable law, you may not copy or duplicate, make photocopies, reproduce, publish, distribute, translate, reverse engineer, install the source code, modify, disassemble, create derivative works, as well as remove copyright information from this Content and Services or any software obtained through the Green-way, without prior monolith’s written consent. Content and Services are intended for personal use only. You do not have the right to sell, pledge or transfer copies of the Content and Services to third parties in any way, provide the Content and Services on a leasehold basis, or transfer the right to use them to third parties without the prior written consent of Monolith.
3. PAYMENTS AND OTHER SUBSCRIPTIONS
All fees for using the “Green-way” are paid in full in advance.
The service will be provided immediately upon receipt of payment.
In some cases, Monolith may offer a free Subscription to certain services or content. As in the case of paid Subscriptions, you bear all costs associated with the payment of Internet service providers, telephone connection and other costs incurred during the connection with the Green-way, even if Monolith offers a free subscription.
Green-way may provide links to third-party sites. Some of them may charge an additional fee for use, which is not included and does not apply to the subscription fee for the Subscription or to other payments charged for using the Monolith services. You incur all additional expenses and incur obligations arising from relations with these sellers. "Monolith" does not assume any obligations, direct or indirect, related to third-party sites. In particular, Monolith does not give any guarantees, direct or indirect, that the services or subscriptions offered by third-party sellers will not be changed or their provision will not be suspended or terminated.
REFUND OF FUNDS
You can request a refund if you purchased a subscription by mistake.
The monolith will return the funds regardless of any circumstances, if the return was requested via info@green-way.com.ua not later than fourteen days after the purchase and if you spent less than 30 minutes in the service. Even if your situation does not comply with the rules described, you can still request a refund, and we will consider the appeal.
The funds for the purchase will be fully refunded to you within a week after the approval of the refund and the method of payment that you used for the purchase.
HOW TO REQUEST REFUND
You can request a refund and get help on other problems with purchases on the Green-way.com.ua website by writing an email to info@green-way.com.ua or using the “Feedback” form.
4. ONLINE NORMS OF BEHAVIOR, SERVICE FRAUD AND OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIONS
You agree to bear personal responsibility for using your Account with your username and / or password, as well as for any interaction and activity in the Green-way. You also agree that Monolith is not responsible for the use of your Account or any interaction and activity in the Green-way resulting from the use of your Account. If you believe that the confidentiality of your username and / or password has been violated, you must immediately notify Monolith about this using technical support.
Your behavior in the network and relationships with other subscribers must comply with generally accepted standards of behavior.
In the commenting system it is forbidden to:
1. Place an advertisement.
2. Spamming.
3. Use foul language.
4. Ask questions not related to the topic of discussion.
In the event of a systematic violation of one of these points, punishable by a ban account.
Green-way can use the applications necessary to identify software or hardware resources that give the user an unfair advantage in solving tests (hereinafter - “Using cheat codes in the service”). You hereby agree not to create or promote the creation and use of cheat codes in the service by third parties. You also agree that you will not directly or indirectly disable or otherwise interfere with the work of the programs responsible for detecting and preventing the use of cheat codes in the service. You agree that Monolith may refuse to participate in certain sections of the service if you are found to be using cheat codes on the service in connection with the use of Green-way or Content and Services. You acknowledge that Monolith reserves the right to liquidate your Account / Subscription without prior notice.
5. PROMOTION AND ADVERTISING
If you use the Green-way to promote or advertise a product, service or event of a third party on a reimbursable basis (including non-monetary rewards), you must clearly indicate the source of this reward to your audience.
6. AMENDMENT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement may be modified at any time bilaterally with your explicit consent to the changes proposed by Monolith. In addition, Monolith reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement (including any Subscription Terms and Conditions of Use) at any time and at its discretion. In this case, you will receive an email notification of any changes made to this Monolith Agreement, within 60 (sixty) days before the said changes take effect. 7. TERM OF TERMINATION AND TERMINATION
A. Validity
The Agreement comes into force from the moment you click the “I agree” button and continues until it is terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
B. Termination by your initiative
You can cancel your account at any time. You can stop using the Subscription at any time by asking Monolith to block your access to the Subscription.
C. Termination by the Monolith initiative
Monolith may terminate your Account at any time if (a) Monolith ceases to provide such Subscriptions to similar subscribers in a general manner, or (b) you violate any of the terms of this Agreement (including the Terms of Subscriptions or the Terms of Use). In the event that your Account or Subscription is liquidated on the initiative of Monolith due to your violation of the provisions of the Agreement or illegal activities, you are not entitled to expect any compensation.
8. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
Most user problems can be solved by Green-way support services.
You and Monolith agree to make reasonable, conscientious efforts to resolve any dispute unofficially.
All disputes that are not resolved by this agreement are governed by applicable law.
9. MISCELLANEOUS
The current version of this Agreement was issued on January 1, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Revision Date”). If you were a Subscriber before the Editing Date, this version replaces the existing Agreement with Monolith at the time you explicitly accept the new version. You can continue to use the Green-way in accordance with the terms of the previous version of the Agreement.
Our test questions are 100% compliant with the official ones, for which theoretical exams are taken in the service centers of Ukraine.
All other resources that claim that their test items are official, mislead you. The illustrations are modified and irrelevant text is placed in them. Preparing with the help of such resources, you can get confused on the official exam and simply do not pass it.
