Information Sources and Monitoring of Changes

We do not create traffic rules ourselves — we help users study them effectively. The primary source for all content on our website is the current legislation of Ukraine.

  • Official web portal of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine: the Laws of Ukraine “On Road Traffic”, “On the National Police”, etc.
  • Official resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, including Resolution No. 1306 “On Traffic Rules”, with all amendments and additions.
  • Official releases and regulations of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

When the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine or the Verkhovna Rada adopts changes affecting traffic rules, our service follows a clearly defined procedure:
